COSA Scrubs is a UK-based workwear brand designed for people who spend their days caring for others.
We create modern, comfortable scrubs for healthcare professionals — including nurses, doctors, vets, dentists and clinic teams — who need clothing that works as hard as they do.
Why we started COSA
COSA was founded in South East London by Laura and Jon.
Jon works as a vet, and through his day-to-day work we saw first-hand how demanding clinical environments can be — long hours, constant movement, and very little time to think about comfort.
At the same time, many of the scrubs available felt outdated, restrictive, or poorly designed for real working conditions.
COSA was created to change that.
What makes COSA different
We focus on practical design decisions that make a real difference during a shift:
